Living in a Mindful Universe

Description

There is more to life than we can sense through sight, hearing, scent, touch or taste. Have you always felt that there are deeper experiences out there – but never found a way to engage with them?

Consciousness underlies all existence, and in this immersive weekend you will discover how to connect with that awareness and integrate the journey of your personal soul with the infinite.

Your experienced teachers, Eben Alexander and Karen Newell, have a unique grounding in both academic neuroscience and the emerging field of brainwave entrainment audio meditation – having featured on shows such as Oprah and Dr. Oz. With their expertise, you will be guided to the heart of consciousness.

Using pioneering sound meditation technology, embodied learning, discussion and reflection you will:

  • Learn about non-conventional definitions of brain and consciousness.

  • Experience guided meditations which use brain entrainment technology with sound and Sacred Acoustics.

  • Learn heart activation techniques for mindfulness.
  • Reflect, discuss, and embody your exploration of consciousness and the infinite.

You will take home a new clarity about the purpose of your soul, and an experiential understanding of your oneness with the universal consciousness.

This workshop is open to all and may be of particular interest to nurses, therapists and physicians.

CE credits available for nurses, therapists, and physicians.

Presenters

Eben Alexander

Eben Alexander spent over 25 years working within academic neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and elsewhere. He thought he knew how the brain, mind and consciousness worked – but after a near-death experience during a week long coma, he discovered that there was more to life than he’d thought. He went on to reconcile spiritual experience with contemporary physicals and cosmology, and now shares his theory and practice around the world and in the media – including shows such as Oprah and Dr. Oz, and in his own best-selling books.

Karen Newell

Karen Newell is an innovator in the emerging field of brainwave entrainment audio meditation. She co-founded Sacred Acoustics, and empowers others in their journeys of self-discovery. She teaches how to connect with inner guidance, achieve inspiration, improve wellness and develop intuition; and has co-authored a book with Eben Alexander, entitled Living in a Mindful Universe: A Neurosurgeon’s Journey into the Heart of Consciousness.
