Description

Join medical qigong master Michael Lomax to learn the Stillness-Movement Neigong Internal Energetics System—a very powerful authentic approach that is one of the very few systems that comes direct from a medical qigong hospital in China. Included are Chinese medicine clinical applications relevant to anyone in the healthcare field. Through group discussion, movement, one-on-one sharing, and hands-on demonstrations, you’ll also learn

  • Subforms of the Gift of the Tao Movements series I through IV
  • Qigong walking
  • Tree qigong
  • Standing and sitting neigong
  • Introduction to Neuro-Energetic Chi Kung Therapeutics,  a rare Chinese Daoist Medicine form.

The workshop is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced. Beginners, depending on clinical experience, may be asked to just observe during the Daoist therapeutics, but everyone will be included in learning Wai Qi Liao Fa—healing with external energy. This very experiential program explores various methodologies utilized in the medical qigong hospitals and clinics of China, but these practices can be utilized for the family healers as well as professionals. The neigong practice itself is considered self-healing and a way to increase relaxation and heighten self-awareness.

You’ll take home a complete authentic qigong/neigong self-practice system as well as astoundly effective Chinese medical therapeutics for dealing with chronic pain.

This program is open to everyone, all levels, in good health. If you have medical issues, please obtain your physician’s approval to attend and practice movements.
