Description

In today’s world, it’s so easy to get stuck in the spaces between the head and the heart. We hear the voice of our intuition rising, but we lack the tools to appropriately integrate that information into our cognitive experience. Join Moniqua Acosta in this experiential retreat to reconnect with the deepest voice of your heart and let its wisdom resonate through all the layers of who you are. Using embodied movement practices, breath work, guided meditation, and transformative group experiences, Moniqua shares tools to help transform your lived experience from fragmented to united—to nurture and embody the wisdom of your heart. Release the stuck places in your heart, embrace your intuitive wisdom, and relax into the present moment through

  • Yoga and free-form movement for relaxation and reconnection to our bodies
  • Guided and silent meditations to engage with the wisdom of our hearts
  • Yogic breathing and introspection to calm the “monkey mind.”

Let go of the noise of your everyday life by embracing the peace and calm surroundings of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and finding connections in a like-minded community. You’ll take home practical skills for keeping the flow between your heart and your mind open—creating the space to be yourself, love yourself, dream, grow, and find authentic joy in your life.

This retreat open to everyone and is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience; yoga teachers and bodyworkers may find it especially beneficial.

CE credits will be available for yoga instructors by Moniqua Acosta, E-RYT 500, YACEP. CE provider will supply the certificate.
