Tap into universal life force, the qi, to discover the most profound medicine of all—your own energy—to thrive at the pinnacle of your physical, emotional, and spiritual potential. Neuroscience and genetic research have proven that Qigong and Tai Chi are among the most powerful non-pharmacological strategies for healing and disease prevention. In this weekend based on Dr. Roger Jahnke’s best-selling book, The Healer Within, you’ll learn mind-body self-care practices to share in your community as a Healer Within™ Practice Leader.
The Healer Within Practices (qigong based in Chinese traditional medicine) are accessible, easy to
learn, and can be woven into any existing yoga or mind-body practice to maximize powerful healing, stress mastery, disease prevention, and life extension.
The workshop focuses on nurturing and restorative Qigong methods, including the Four Baskets of Practice:
- Body practices; gentle movement and postural adjustment
- Breath practices
- Relaxation, meditation, mindfulness techniques
Whether you attend this program for certification or simply to learn these outstanding wellness tools for yourself, your family, your friends, and your community, you’ll return home with a healthy balance of energy throughout the body, mind, and spirit.
Note Tuition includes Dr. Jahnke’s book, The Healer Within: Using Traditional Chinese Techniques. You will receive a certificate of completion from IIQTC following the training. Feel free to contact IIQTC@healthaction.net with any questions.
